Website

 

This website offers uniquely targeted page by page advertising and hyperlink opportunities for all types of businesses.  Home pages and each category page offer up to 4 rotating display banner ads and 40 rotating button display ad placements with hyperlinks to your business website.  Multiple spaces can also be purchased to create more exposure.  Web trend reports will be made available to all advertisers throughout the year.  Portals include on-line Yellow Pages directories, Visit Florida, City of Ormond Beach and many partner organizations…reaching millions of web users throughout the year.  Additionally, these websites are promoted through paid and in-kind advertising with a variety of media partners and are featured on all Chamber sponsored publications and e-blasts.

 

Directory

 

The annual membership directory serves as our member phone book and as a guide for visiting tourists and those relocating to our area.  Every member in good standing is offered complimentary alphabetical and one (1) categorical listing.  Display ads as well as additional categorical listings may be purchased by contacting our Membership Director.  Premium position color ads in a variety of sizes to fit your budget may also be purchased.  Three thousand (3,000) copies are distributed annually to members, future members, visitors and relocators.

 

Newsletter

 

All members receive the Chamber Newsletter, Newsbreak, published electronically bi-monthly.  It includes information about issues affecting business, Chamber events and services, and more.  Members can insert display advertising and inserts.  Printed copies will be sent to anyone who requests it.

Take advantage of the advertising opportunity for your business to appear in the Chamber’s bi-annual, full color area map.  It is a useful tool for members, residents and visitors.  Five thousand (5,000) are distributed bi-annually.

 

Visitors’ Guide

 

Produced in opposing years from our Area Map, this guide serves as a ready reference and “first glance” opportunity to target visitors and those relocating to the area with categorical listings relevant to products and services needed while on vacation or when moving to this community. Five thousand (5,000) are distributed bi-annually.

 

Welcome Center Display

 

Located in the Chamber of Commerce lobby, the display cases are designed to showcase member business cards, brochures, menus, sales materials on a space available basis.  In addition, there are 36 window displays available for rental to add impact to your lobby advertising.

There are numerous sponsorship opportunities available through the Chamber.  There is an opportunity to fit every budget.

 

New Member Reception

 

The Chamber’s New Member Receptions, held in the Chamber offices, offer a unique opportunity for restaurant and catering members to showcase their businesses by donating food for the event. Ambassadors, Board members and staff attend to welcome events and program.

 

Only one food sponsor is needed for each event; supplying hors d’oeuvres for approximately 50 guests. And, for your kind donation you will receive a business card size ad in one issue of “NewsBreak” (Chamber newsletter) or a 3-month button ad on the Chamber's high volume website.

 

Quarterly Networking Breakfast

 

Each quarter, the Chamber hosts “Good Morning Ormond Beach.”   Enjoy a buffet breakfast and a diverse range of guest speakers. Sponsors of the breakfast get their logo on the invitation postcard, are given a few minutes at the beginning of the program to introduce themselves and talk about their business.  Sponsors also may distribute materials at these events.

 

Annual Banquet

 

Each January, the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce hosts its annual banquet to introduce our incoming Board of Directors and recognize outstanding Members for the Year in a variety of categories. Several sponsorships are available for this event; each includes seating for 8 at the banquet.

Signature Event – Ormond Chamber’s Carnevale

 

March brings unparalleled excitement as the Chamber hosts “Ormond Carnevale,” a 4-day family focused festival featuring a myriad of entertainment options. More than 25,000 people are expected to attend the event which is held at Destination Daytona.  Numerous sponsorship levels are available as listed below:

Leadership

 

Sponsorships are available to fund speakers and individual sessions. Food & beverage activity sponsorships are a great showcase for restaurant or caterer members.

 

Civic involvement and learning about Ormond Beach’s governmental processes, its historical assets and educational institutions are the cornerstone of the Ormond Leadership Program. Each April a new class (approximately 35) meets for six convenient and informative half day sessions, followed by a graduation “pinning” and cocktail hour. Participants come from all walks of life and rave about the Ormond Leadership Program.  Sponsorships for this program are as follows:

Mayor’s Golf Tournament

 

Late spring brings our annual Mayor’s Golf Tournament… offering many different levels of sponsorships to showcase your business. This event is held each year in early May and is one of the Chamber’s most successful fundraising activities. The 4 person scramble format has a shotgun start at 10 am with a luncheon and awards banquet immediately following.

State of the City Luncheon

 

In September, the Chamber hosts the annual State of the City Luncheon. This unique luncheon provides opportunity to meet and greet with City officials and gain insight into plans and progress of City programs and policies. All sponsors will have their logo or company name featured in the event’s companion program.

Project FUEL – Family Fun Walk

 

Chamber members and area residents take to the streets of the downtown loop in a half-day event filled with fitness and fun. This event serves the Chamber’s F.U.E.L. (Fitness Uplifts Everyone’s Lives) Program with efforts to keep area school children active and fit.  Sponsorship opportunities are available: Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Table.

 


Cobb’s Corner Classic 5k/10k Run Walk

 

The Chamber hosts the Annual Cobb’s Corner Classic 5K & 10K race/walk each November.  The race begins in High Bridge Park.  It draws a large field of runners/walkers from all over the state and southeast.  The race is professionally timed and plotted.

 

The course follows the “Ormond Scenic Loop & Trail” that traverses through some of the most beautiful and diverse natural scenery in all of northeast Florida.  The 10K & 5K race/walk will start and end on the West side of High Bridge Park, proceed down Walter Boardman and South on Old Dixie Highway.

 

Proceeds from this event will help fund future Leadership Programs through the Chamber.  The Leadership Group has and continues to educate tomorrow’s leaders today.  The Chamber is proud of developing community leaders who are totally committed to the pursuit of positive community advancement through group as well as individual involvement.

 

It’s our goal to make this race a true success story for not only the Chamber but the whole community.  Sponsorship opportunities are available at many levels:  Title, Presenting, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Friends of the Run, and In-kind.
